These terms govern your use of elevrepairs.shop and any purchase of Steadwell products or membership. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell
Steadwell sells physical home maintenance and safety kits — DIY consumables, small tools and printed guides — plus optional membership benefits. All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). We may update the catalogue, pricing and availability at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout.
Product safety and non-medical use
All Steadwell kits are home maintenance and safety convenience products. They are not medical devices, mobility aids or assistive medical equipment. Items such as grab handles, anti-slip strips and child-safety parts are sold for everyday convenience and safety only; we make no medical, fall-prevention, rehabilitation or health claims about them. Load-bearing and suitability depend entirely on your own walls, fixings and structure — you are responsible for assessing whether a product is suitable for your situation.
No on-site service and no regulated trades
Steadwell does not provide any on-site installation service, and does not carry out electrical wiring, gas, load-bearing structural, or lift/elevator work. Any task involving electricity, gas, load-bearing structures or a lift must be carried out by a suitably qualified and, where required, certified professional. Our guides are general DIY guidance only; you install and use products at your own risk and judgement.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order and payment is captured by our payment processor. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and issue a refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method. Your full card details are handled by the payment provider and are never received or stored by us.
Membership
Membership provides service benefits only (such as member pricing, free standard shipping and maintenance reminders). It carries no credits and no stored monetary balance. Benefits reset each billing period and do not carry over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already charged for a current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery timings and costs are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You agree to use the site lawfully and as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. The site, its content and the Steadwell name are our property or licensed to us and may not be copied or resold without permission. Content you upload is covered by our Content License.
Age requirement
The store is not for anyone under 13. Customers aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent to place an order. Some kits contain small parts and are marked to keep away from young children.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for damage arising from improper installation, use outside our guidance, or use of a product for an unsuitable structure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
